Esp. for k-clustering:

Thinking of adding two modes / parameters:

-cs fixed minimum cluster size
-cr fixed minimum cluster size as ratio (e.g. 19% with k=5 would be a value that makes sense while leaving some room)

could be useful (or even implemented during) one of the ongoing bachelor's projects (question grouping)
