I have a Google Ads account and when I sign in and select my profile as shown below, it fails and I'm not prompted to continue or grant any special permissions before the tab closes. This was tested in chrome with default settings.

What's the minimum requirements in order for this authentication to succeed?
Are there any prerequisites on the Google Ads account in order to upload customer lists?
