I this these warning messages happened after loco-rs 0.17 and loco-cli 0.2.5. I don't remember earlier version has these warning message. cargo loco start still runs.

Sorry about that, this is from cargo fmt, we use a nightly formatter settings because it has important formatting rules , and you are probably using a stable formatter.
You can safely ignore those for now, until cargo fmt stabilizes these features.
