hide toki/ titles with no toki

when on the toki/ page, titles (like sona/ma/musi/etc) should be hidden, when they contain no content

for example, when the search bar is used

the current way that search works (hide toki if they do not match search query) will make this difficult to do. search might have to be rethunk

Use Alpine in a similar way to the toki, but with a has in the title of "author", "title", "issue", of each of the containing toki, separated by newline, and filter with string.contains, the same way it works on the toki

This should catch the same search, and newlines should be ignored
