我用MitoZ组装和注释蜘蛛的线粒体基因组,得到的蛋白编码基因全的,但是注释二十几个物种,序列长度都超过14000bp,基本上都是缺了近10个tRNA, 组装的序列用在线软件MITOS能组装出来

那这个问题能解决吗?我有部分线虫的缺少tRNA和sRNA的注释。
我目前对遗失的tRNA和sRNA处理方法是,比对相近种的序列,基因顺序是基本一致的,一般该出现这个基因的位置上有一段序列没有注释,但是这段长度跟相似种对应tRNA或者sRNA长度相似,我就把这段复制下来,进行二级结构预测。
我目前找到这两个网址,不过很多时候这个分析不出来,但是对应的是有tRNA的。

To annotate these missing tRNAs, we will just have to use a more comprehensive tRNA database. MitoZ uses MiTFi to annotate tRNAs, and MiTFi provides their own HMM profiles along with their program. So in theory, you just need to build your own HMM profile (with data related to species of your interest). If you're in hurry, you can refer to MiTFi's paper and learn how to build your HMM profiles (https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkr1131). The authors of this program haven't updated the HMM profiles for years.
