Based on the comments in Disqus:
I am getting the following error:


/etc/ipsec.d/certs/server.cert.pem: Permission denied
  opening '/etc/ipsec.d/private/server.key.pem' failed: Permission denied
building CRED_PRIVATE_KEY - RSA failed, tried 9 builders

parsing private key failed
