[Improvement] Improve UI for Share dialogue

2. Open Link settings
3. It is opened as a pop-up above a pop-up

Expectation: it's the same pop-up, only what's inside the box changes (compare with the design)

@Bobpodvalnyi what is your expectation about these two models?
How the second model should appear or what transformation should we use to display, this is a least of transitions that we have in the tailwindcss https://tailwindcss.com/docs/animation

It would be better also if we implement it on the component level for all modal windows
