Currently

When we have too much folders, the Flat folders or Tree folders display are too slowly
On "mobile" device (medium and mobile), each time we click to display the sidebar, the component is recreated with the folders display logic that is slowly

Expected

Find if we can optimize the Flat folders or Tree folders display
On "mobile" device use the same sidebar desktop component and not recreate the sidebar each time we want to display it
