Precondition

The recurrence event started in the past and continues to the future

Actual Result

After the attendee accepts the event, the owner deletes it, then no cancelation email is sent to the attendee

Steps

1. Owner created a recurrence event which is ongoing (started in the past and continue to the future)
2. Attendee accepts the event
3. Owner deletes the recurrence event
4. Verify that Attendee doesn't get the cancelation email

Expected Result

There should have a cancelation email is sent to the attendee when the event he involved in has been canceled.
