There is a large sliver between the Micronesian and Marshallese EEZs of aprox 2m width at 3.1913979,165.6350094

It involves connection line with line_id = 4657. this line is correctly drawn, but not the EEZ polygon.

We need to redraw the Marshallese EEZ.
