Description

Palestine claims the following maritime area: https://www.un.org/Depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/PSE_Deposit_09-2019.pdf

This is disputed by Egypt, because certain points overlap with its claim: https://www.un.org/Depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/2000145E.pdf

…and Israel, because it doesn’t recognise Palestinian statehood: https://www.un.org/Depts/los/LEGISLATIONANDTREATIES/PDFFILES/communications/ISR_PSE.pdf.

This would create overlapping claims.
