L4 checkpoint creation fails when dcp enabled #397

When enable_dcp=1 in the FTI config file and a level 4 checkpoint is requested, the checkpoint fails.

[ FTI Error - 000000 ] : FILE /tmp/fti/src/checkpoint.c FUNC FTI_PostCkpt:308 Cannot rename : Global/2021-07-22_16-34-20/tmp to Global/2021-07-22_16-34-20/l4 : No such file or directory 
[ FTI Warning 000000 ] : FTI failed to postprocess the checkpoint. 
[ FTI Warning 000000 ] : Error => Success 
[ FTI Warning 000000 ] : Checkpoint with ID 1 at Level 4 failed.
