Clock on server looks wrong timezone or outdated? #56

The latest matches and hashes are reported a wrong time, some hours slower/earlier than when they appear actually.

The date stamps are when the network was uploaded to the server, not when the match started. I know in the past matches would start right away so it was the same, but now there's been a backlog ever since we updated to larger networks. If we can get the backlog caught up, that will clear the dates up too.

I remember the matches were restricted to fast clients that can output 6 self-play games per hour. Does that setting still hold? If yes, any need to relax that a bit?

EDIT: Or at least update match table title from "Start Date" to "Upload Date"
