feature request: user api

Hi! I was very happy to find this provider. Thanks for making it.

I'm wondering if you can advise on how I might go about adding the users API? Could I mostly copy the patterns from, say, groups?

Hi @alexebird, thanks for showing interest in this. When I wrote this provider there was no DELETE api for users. I just checked, there are lot of improvements in papertrail settings api now including DELETE api for users as well as full CRUD apis for searches as well.

So yes, you can copy the patterns from existing resources. I will also add new resources once I will get time.

I too am interested in this capability. I may also be able to contribute an implementation. Post here if you get to it before me. :) I'll let you know if I start on one as well.

Awesome. I don't have concrete plans to work on this planned at the moment, as I've kind of put the Papertrail work on hold for the moment. Happy to collaborate on this, though.
