On macOS, Safari extension developers can use SFSafariExtensionManager getStateOfSafariExtensionWithIdentifier to discover the install state of our extension and SFSafariApplication showPreferencesForExtensionWithIdentifier to show the extension in Safari settings. Now that Safari extensions have been brought to iOS 15, we need these API on iOS too, so that we can instruct customers on how to enable our extension.
