Describe the bug

When after session creation, if session is still in PENDING/PREPARING session, it displays "NaN" value which may degrades user experience. It seems like the resource is not occupied but the value to display is sticked to "occupied_slots". Let's replace them to "requested_slots" if the status is not in RUNNING.
