On the order screen, add a button that will automatically generate N records for "Booth Worker #".

Corner case: if there are already booth workers in the order, don't create duplicate names. Eg, if the order has:

Booth Worker 1
Booth Worker 2

Shoud create "Booth Worker 3".

Copy the emergency contact info/etc from the first person in the order.
