More Parallel/Mirror Transform options

The way you have to manually select both bones in 0.3 to get mirrored/parallel transforms is such a downgrade compared to 0.2 in my opinion.

Could you maybe make it automatic again? In fact 0.2 way of doing it was good, my only issue was that that when I used the hotkey, I had to remember which mode I was in before to figure out what it switched to.

So maybe a hotkey to switch between modes (+popup about the current mode) or hotkeys to set modes directly, like Ctrl+M for Mirrored?
