Way to Restore Living Memory in Ktisis?

As title says, not sure if it's been asked. I figured since there a way to change areas to seasonal counterparts I imagine it uses some kind phasing system Ktisis taps into to do that. So perhaps is there a way that works also for Living Memory area to restore them?

As an interim thing - you can use New Game+ and just jump into a quest before the zone transitions and it restores.

You can freely jump in and out of it too
