Renovate is very eager and generates lots of PRs and notifications, which are distracting and noisy.

Increase minimumreleaseage https://docs.renovatebot.com/configuration-options/#minimumreleaseage
Use GitHub Merge Queue https://docs.renovatebot.com/key-concepts/automerge/#github-merge-queue
Set automergeType=branch https://docs.renovatebot.com/key-concepts/automerge/#branch-vs-pr-automerging
Use BOMs where possible (e.g. use Kotest BOM to avoid multiple PRs for the same version)
Group dependencies together, e.g.
- Kotlin
