I do a lot of BiDirectional Latex in my daily schedule and it would be very helpful if i didn't need vscode or vim on other terminals (like gnome-terminal) for that

One way of solving this problem is adding native BiDi support to kitty and I dont actually know any other way

That issue is so complicated and I dont know how to solve the problem after reading it.
If the solution is to use fribidi how would I use it with vim?

There is no solution, that's why its an open issue. The terminal ecosystem in general doesn't support
bidi text.
