Sass: pseudo element parsing error

The option space-after-colon": 1 shouldn't add a space after a:hover.

Here's an example:

Before:

li {
    a:hover, a:focus {
       color: inherit;
    }
}

After:

li {
   a: hover,
   a:focus {
       color: inherit;
   }
}

Behavior expected:

li {
   a:hover,
   a:focus {
       color: inherit;
   }
}

If the declarations are nested there is an error. Else it is good.
