Project ownership transfer does not transfer attachment thumbnails. #5138

Description

When a user transfers a project to someone else, thumbnails stay in on previous owner storage.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a project with images
  2. Submit data
  3. Open an image in the gallery

Expected behavior

When project is transferred, every file related to the project should be moved.

Actual behavior

Thumbnails are left behind.

Additional details

Because thumbnails are generated on the fly, thumbnails could be deleted from previous owner instead when transfer is done.
