Suggestion : Detailed log

Hi,
I was using the software and at some point, I got this warning :

[1] "Plotting OTU contributions..."
[1] "Some OTUs did not have a taxonomy associated. Did you pick against Greengenes 97% or IMG?"
[1] "BugBase analysis complete"

But it doesn't tell me which OTUs are problematic so I don't know if the mistake is due to an issue in the annotation or another error.

Hi Greg,

If you picked OTUs using a closed reference approach with either GreenGenes 97% ID references or the IMG database (shotgun only), you should be fine. We will work on updating BugBase to tell you how many OTUs didn't have associated taxonomy.
