Motivation
In some early integration use cases where the dispute creation and interaction flow is not yet integrated into the arbitrable app UI, users will be asked to create a dispute directly in Dispute Resolver. For this, they will be asked to specify a court, a number of votes, description, voting options, etc... which is a really extenuating task of copy/pasting from an instructions document.
Specification
Allow a way to create a "dispute template" that users can be linked to directly, where all necessary information is prefilled and they just have to click on "Next" and create it (or modify only a few fields).
A user wanting to create that template would just fill the creation form and click on a "Copy template link" button which would provide him with a link to the prefilled dispute that he can share with users on his app.
