No content

None of the content is showing after I import when using the Complete collection, even completely removing all content.
I have gone through the steps to make it a compendium and followed instructions multiple times.

Apparently, the first line of code read: ?xml version="1.0".
When it should instead read ?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?.

This error is only present in the Complete.xml file.

Have you managed to fix this? I have just generated the compendium and imported it, but it adds no data to the app.
