About the installation of your repo

Hello,

I am trying to use your work for my project, a instance segmentation on open images data set. First, I make sure I know all your scripts relationship and how it works. However, when I tried to install your repo, I met some issues:

1. on step2, should I download the dataset from kaggle first? And what specific folder I should store these data?
2. I can't see any step to clone or download and install your model files. Do I need to do it?
3. can I train it without GPU? If so, which parameter do I need to set?
