Get rid of vulnerabilities reported when npm audit #66

While running an 'npm audit' on persona the vast majority of vulnerabilities reported come from egoTokenMiddleware.

A lot of vulnerabilities are from outdated lib. It makes our app less secure.

If possible, update those.
