Refactor how we handle global labels and annotations

Currently, we have one label and one annotation that we add to each generated artifact.
The way we do it is not nice. It is done separately for each object :-( This can lead to a lot of errors when we add new object/controllers

We should refactor our code so operations like adding a label to each object can be done in one place.
