I just wanted to know if there are any plans on updating the TER version of this extension any time soon.

We are mainly working with composer, so it might be the case, that we miss to update the ext.

We need that TER-Release too. It would be perfect when this one could include a fix for this issue too.
We would like to sponsor parts of this work, so that we get this done soon. Maybe the others are also willing to sponsor a bit, so that Kai can move back other paid work?!

indeed i wanted to change the infrastructure to meet more modern requirements.
I also wanted to reautomate the broken ter upload.
