Missing projection: Miller #118

Hi there,

first of all this is a very fine tool and very useful in many of my needs.

But unfortunately I'm missing the "Miller" projection, which is a variation of Mercator. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miller_cylindrical_projection).

Is it possible to extend to projection list? I tried it by myself but wasn't able to get it working (because I don't know python.)
