I'm trying to create a job using an environment managed by mamba, but I'm getting conda-env-root_tf_2.13.0-py. I'm not sure where it's expecting to find this file.

Reproduce

I'm using mamba instead of conda, I'm not sure if that's enough to reproduce it.

Expected behavior

Allow running jobs with environments managed by mamba

Context

Same setup as #435 but with jupyter_core==5.3.1
