Further scrolling issues

• hitting page up and page down scrolls through the text, but the map doesn't move.
• Hitting the 'chicago' button when you're scrolled deep into the map, the first two slides 'these are the projects...' and 'chicago' appear as a purple bacground. It works once you get to the Aqua Line though
• typing in a link like "#lime' or '#yellow' while you're already looking at the map, goes to the text, but the map doesn't move.
• scrolling up works until you get to the Chicago slide, at which point it stays on the gold line'
