Is there any reason why emojione has decided to depict a woman lifting lighter weights than a man?

Other emoji sets present the male and female versions of "Person lifting weights" lifting identical weights. I've included Apple and Facebook below for comparison.

Because in emojione the male version is clearly an advanced athlete with bigger body and bigger arms, therefore able to lift higher weight. Female version looks to be a beginner.

@michaeldfallen why you want to put so much weight on a poor lady?
