准备 0-9 共10张数字的gif图片，命名为 0.gif, 1.gif, ..., 9.gif
通过这个链接提交主题名称、预览图和压缩包

看到你的有些主题是png，用png应该也可以吧？

也可以，不过png可能会大一些，提交前可以用工具压缩一下 https://tinypng.com
