X-End & idler with 608 #85

Hi!
The idler won't fit into the x-end if you are using a 608 bearing. The x-end need to be higher.

Had the same problem, had to leave the bearing guide out of my build. It's not ideal since the belt is not centered on the bearing.

I don't think we ever intended to use use sizes > 625zz for the idler since we got the belt tighteners

The fix for this and tons of other thinngs is on the way in https://github.com/AxTheB/Prusa3, but it makes most of the parts incompatible with former revisions.

Quick solution here should be fixing Z parameter of translate() in box_frame/x_end.scad line 122 (and in line 117 too so the screw hole lines up with hole in idler).
