Smart search logic "this not that"

Steps to reproduce the issue

If you have article with title "Not my bla bla bla", you can not search for that article.
If you enter as search phrase "not my bla", you excluded that article.

Not so smart.

Confirmed and suprised to see that wrapping the search term in quotes did not fix it
