1. copy ./www/application/config/database.php.example ./www/application/config/database.php
2. modify ./www/application/config/database.php to match your setup
3. copy ./www/.htaccess.example ./www/.htaccess
4. modify the "rewriteBase" line in ./www/.htaccess to match the base of your installation relative to the hostname. (Ex. if the base URL would be http://bi.site.com/reports then the rewriteBase is '/reports')
5. chmod -R 777 ./www/application/logs
6. copy ./www/application/config/config.php.example ./www/application/config/config.php
7. modify the logging threshold and base URL in ./www/application/config/config.php to match your needs
8. modify the encryption_key in ./www/application/config/config.php to the encryption key for your environment
9. copy www/index.php.example www/index.php
10. modify the ENVIRONMENT in www/index.php to fit your needs
11. modify the UA_PASSWORD_SALT in www/index.php to the salt for your environment
12. chmod -R 777 ./www/report_holder/
