Add new dropdown to select image category for overlay images

Feature Reasoning

The list of images to choose from for the hydrate timer overlay is very large. Trying to find a desired image is a pain when having to scroll through the large dropdown list.

Feature Description

Add a new dropdown configuration item image category, which allows the user to filter the type of images that appears in the timer image dropdown. For example, if a user selects the Potion category, only Potion images will appear in the timer image dropdown.

Possible Alternatives

Any other config options other than a dropdown may be viable for the image category selection if it works better.
