Cannot get CPU usage from ZBX-WINDOWS-ENVMON #143

Hi !

I have import ZBX-WINDOWS-ENVMON for Windows 10

I can get much value like Free memory, ... but i can't get CPU usage item and a error message like that : Cannot obtain performance information from collector.

How i can resolv this ?

FYI : i use

zabbix server 3.4.8

zabbix agent 3.2.11

Happened to me as well.
The issue had to do with corrupt performance counter library. I fixed it by running this command on the Windows machine: "lodctr /R"

but, it's not work

this command lodctr /R have bloqued also the memory and the disk 😆

Did you restart agent after executing command?

The command should work: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2554336/how-to-manually-rebuild-performance-counters-for-windows-server-2008-6
Maybe you have to execute from system32 folder.

i have use the commands following in the link and i have rebbot the agent , and the server but the same problem
