Description

SIP-user currently has a hard-coded language of English. This makes transcription from other languages impossible.
fallback to english

Possible Solution

It is proposed to pass the user's language through the headings inside the SDP INVITE similar to the headings Jitsi-Conference- Room Jitsi-Conference-Room-Pass
