Keep content of .cal file in generated XML IO file

Some groups have had a slight tendency to loose the .cal files after they generated their IO XML files. One simple fix would be to inline the .cal file as a comment in the XML file so the original data wouldn't be lost. This would also allow to track which .cal file was used and make sure the user didn't make a mistake with arm type/serial.
