Implements domain name configuration

If the email of the sender has not the same domain of the jelix application, emails sent by jCommunity may be considered as phishing by smtp servers.

In some case, the application may be reached with the same domain as the sender email, so we should have a way to indicate to use this domain instead of the current domain.
