  1. Add IPs from your carrier via PRIVATE_VOIP_NETWORK_CIDR
  2. Make an inbound call with a sip:refer
  3. Check the PCAP headers of the REFER
    4. Referred-By: sip:+1234567@<public-ip>
    5. Contact: sip:<public-ip>:5060;transport=udp
