Has anyone looked at process for upstreaming this into LLVM proper, alongside a test suite, so that it's not constantly drifting?

It's on my agenda, but there's no way that I'll get to it (or half the other things on my agenda) this summer.
I was optimistic when I first said that I'd take it on, and an unexpected job is eating into my development time now.
