Occasionally in-app renewals are not working for old-style accounts IDs #144

Description:

For certain users, successful iOS in-app purchases are not reflected in our database and are not credited to the user's with old type account IDs. In addition to that, if 'Auto-renewal' was enabled, the customer ends up being double charged.

The issue happens when the account is suspended and renews through the App Store.
