[Satosa] Rename metadata presentation_definition to presentation_definitions_supported

The satosa metadata configuration include a field called presentation_definition but in the current version of the specs it is called presentation_definitions_supported.

I imagine X.509 certificate extension and federation trust marks, which payload is still under definition
