Hidden UI Elements / Can't access without clicking on another tab (InvoiceNinja Desktop)

There are a few areas in invoice ninja on desktop where it is unclear to the user that there are other tabs/options.

For example, on the invoice ninja desktop app here in the invoice design screen, you can't see that there are more options like Purchase Order Details, Product Columns, Task Colums etc. further to the right. There is no way to know that these are there unless you click one of the other tabs (such as vendor details) to make the UI scroll horizontally to reveal the rest of the tabs. There is no indication that you can scroll horizontally and no way to scroll horizontally on desktop with mouse. I tried arrow keys and these don't do anything either. The biggest issue is that unless you know these are there, users will get confused not knowing they are there.

There should be some sort of scroll bar or arrows plus a visual indication that there are more tabs.
