INFO: Local database connection refused

It's not a problem that I had for my case, (I just wanted to test the extension, still valid after the last WordPress update).

If you want to use it in localhost to practice using it, it may happen that the connection to the database is refused.

I confirm this issue. I tried to test it myself as well in a secured local way and seems like the connection is refused. Trying in the same environment a simple mysqli connection in php with my credentials works, but not this app.
