Remove unused docs attributes from docsHelpers.js #449

Some of the AMQ credentials (amq_*) in docsHelpers.jsare no longer used as Integreatly no longer provisions AMQ. These credentials just stay around as undefined.

As there are no plans to bring these credentials back we should remove them.

Note that this does not include the AMQ Online credentials, we want to keep those.

@aidenkeating Is issue still valid? If yes, maybe we should move it to Jira instead?
